I’m not sure convincing the Sentinel to be his friend is going to work, but at least the rock to the eye didn’t make it worse. Pretty sure these don’t have feelings, so it can’t be angry (but it also can’t be nice now).
Long story short, what on earth is he trying to accomplish here?

I dunno. Getting hit in the eye with a rock really hurts, whether you’re a stone colossus or not. He’s probably going to sit on the big guy’s shoulder and talk it out in the next update.

The fact that an enormous stone goliath meant to protect the city from evil was just killed by some kid with a rock makes perfect sense and cannot be argued with.
My guy, you are currently bringing down a 100 foot tall GIANT ROBOT, who is like 10 times your size. I think you’re doing just fine.
