Maybe “Endwalker – Footfalls”; the Warrior of Light is shown as a Paladin, and the song/expansion theme is hope and defiance facing off against a darkness that would destroy the world. Lyrics like “To forge ahead” with back up vocals of “you’re not alone” kind of fits Kendal.

Now that he knows Rakhn is going to blow, and his friends are walking into a dragon fight, the gloves are off. Kendal won’t need help.
Methinks Rakhn just pricked up his ears and has a little smile on his face. Not as cool as fighting Vash, but starfire, I’ll bet, he hasn’t seen before.
Kendal, I know you hate putting others at risk, but maybe just this once, we let the lady who basically has a doctorate in punching dragons get involved, okay?

My personal bet is that once Vros is (literally) roasted into submission, Kendal will relay Falst’s warning to them so the Paladins can evacuate as well.
