You could always pick a couple of letters that represent a grinding noise and just repeat them
Like “krkkrkrkrkkkkrkr” or “Krakakrkrak” or something like that.
Or “eekheeeeeeeeekheeekheeee” for a cracking high-pitched groan of sorts

TL;DR: The primitive mecha breaks Not-Vash’s ribs, but in the process it breaks its arm, so I’d say Not-Vash won that round.
