I think it’s kinda neat that a fictional character ended up being so similar to you; my personality doesn’t really match any one character

And @TheUnknownGame, I also used to think that I never really matched a character so perfectly: I would always find similar characters who had one glaring discrepancy with my personality. Maybe you just haven’t found the right character yet 😉
I don’t mind that I haven’t found one character who’s similar to me; in my eyes, it reaffirms the fact that I’m unique, and that’s comforting to me
Theory dump: I don’t know if it’s actually confirmed yet, but I think someone mentioned Falst being a Ferin? The lore pages say that the Ferin are a race of malformed creatures artificially produced with the unusual aspect amongst chimeric experiments of being able to reproduce. Assuming Falst is a Ferin, maybe he wants to figure out how to turn into something more normal through use of life magic, and is planning on reading through Erin’s stuff to find anything useful. Plus the chimera the party’s healer just subdued could have been the result of Falst doing some experimentation of his own for his own ends. Thoughts?

No, it’s comparing how talkative the lion person is to The Collector, since Alinua (and maybe also Kendal) assumes that the lion person is the one who created the chimera

Kendal probably left it in the ground where he stabbed the chimera beast’s tongue stump 3 pages back. Minor continuity error where the sword disappears and the tongue is free on the next page, but ignoring that because it’s beside the point.

Well Kendal does have the body of a very powerful god. And I’m p sure vash power jumped over a massive wall to fight the chimeras back in chapter 1. So Kendal probably can be that fast

Ik everyone goes on about Kendal’s magnificent hair and dumbass energy but the more these comics go on the more I’m attracted to Erin
I love how Red has been using light in this chapter, the rays coming from the canopy, different shades of tree for varying degrees of shadow, beautiful stuff.
Plot wise whether or not lion-boy is involved with the chimeras that bag still has their map and other useful items that could be hard to come by in this world. Retrieving it undamaged is a good idea.
I don’t think lion-boy is behind the chimeras; he seemed just as shocked as they were by it. I think he may want the contents to either use for his own means or to sell. He does seem to have a thief vibe to him.
TL;DR: Floofy boi goes after lionboi because something something past trauma. Floofy nerd is unhappy because he doesn’t like friendly fire. FLoofy girl uses empathy.
