A. beautiful frame with vashn’t and the lowered sword
B. If the next time we see him he’s totally unharmed then it’s near certain he’s got some kind of superpower. Being on top of that colossus when it falls down is a pretty long fall + reasonable chance of getting crushed under some part of it, but hey, at least now there isn’t an enormous malfunctioning killing machine in the forest

Probably overthinking it, but they might want to hide the evidence of that whole fight. I can totally see the collector coming over there in some future frame and suspecting something fishy going on

It didn’t, Alinua ran and got far away, the Sentinel and Vashn’t have been fighting in pretty much the same place
Is anyone else reminded of the Order of the Stick’s gate-breaking “KRAKAKOOM” sound effect or is that just me?

TL;DR: Not-Vash stabs another rock, which makes a sound loud enough that Introvert Elf can hear it from where she’s run to. Hopefully that wasn’t the sound of the sword breaking from being used as a pickaxe one too many times.
I mean, I was confused a couple pages back, all like “What? Why did he even draw his sword if he wasn’t going to use it?” But now, it has fulfilled its purpose of stabbing rocks at the slightest provocation.
